UCC - Cloud Communications Sales Manager
The Cloud Communications Sales Manager will lead and develop a dedicated team of sales specialists who are focused in selling UCaaS and Cloud Contact Centre Portfolio. Success will be measured and targets will be based on Team and Individual development, retiring quota, delivering revenue and customer satisfaction.
Prospecting, engaging and selling complex Cloud Communications opportunities at C-level across the US
Create and take a market, customer base driven or partner generated leads through the sales cycle into a qualified opportunity and ultimate closure
Selling complex Cloud Communications and where applicable mixing with Managed and Professional Services and transformational strategies
Coach, motivate and influence your team to exceed quota
Agree and review the individual career and development plan for members within your team
Manage and review team sales commits, pipeline, forecasting
College degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience of selling Cloud Communications (UcaaS/ Cloud Contact Centre)
2+ years in Sales Management and Leadership role
Confident and high-reaching leader with the ability to self generate new business
Saleforce.com experience and proficiency
Strong interpersonal skill convey and inspire change
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Highly experienced in customer facing presentation skills and confident in both on-line and customer facing demonstrations
