Cisco Field Technician
Support daily communication and multimedia operations on a daily basis with various users on multiple platforms
Troubleshoot/support end user devices; wireless Cisco phones, laptops, desk phones, end user devices, conference room hardware components, and infrastructure
Assess new products, monitor system capacity and overall product life cycles to ensure high performing, highly available systems
Coordinate and oversee implementations of multimedia solutions in facilities
