UAT As a User Acceptance Tester, you will be using your manual testing expertise and experience understanding business needs to help us build and execute a solid UAT test suite.
You will be a member of the quality assurance team with a unique focus on evaluating customer data.
You will be collaborating with multiple aspects of the business, starting with client facing teams, to understand how clients use the software, as well as development teams, to understand the features being built.
Skills and Specifications: Create clear, concise detail-oriented application UAT test plans and scripts to support the successful release of strategic initiatives.
Coordinate testing efforts with internal business teams to get appropriate user scenarios for existing functionality Partner with development teams and provide recommendations that improve the user experience and/or escalate any defects identified during the UAT period.
Maintain documentation of UAT Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Results.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently, self-directed and solutions-oriented.
Sound organizational and planning skills, with a solid attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in Quality Assurance Processes Business process understanding Education and Qualifications BS or BA degree preferred.
UAT and Manual testing experience is a must 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience.
3+ years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience- preferred, not required.
Experience with database testing

VIEW JOBS 10/26/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-24T00:00 The Project Manager 1 / 2- Process Development & Program Management will be responsible for leading and owning the full life cycle of development projects from project initiation through planning, execution and closing process. Position will work across multiple business teams within the company (e.g. IT, Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.). In addition to working with external vendors, executive management and business users. Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time and be able to travel. Requires prior experience in managing projects, mergers/integrations, conversions, and/or IT development projects, preferably within the wireline telecommunications industry. Responsibilities: * Facilitate and assist Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall projects including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc... * Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow; Protect the Team from External Interference * Meet with sub-plan owners to document requirements and manage scope * Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation * Present high-level project readouts for senior management * Assist with regression testing, coordinate UAT and product releases * Assisting with internal and external team communication/transparency * Support and educate Product Owners and maintaining the product backlog * Establish project team, gain appropriate representation from all affected groups * Work with subplan owners to define and manage project plans * Work with subplan owners to drive data gathering and gap identification/resolution * Track project risks and issues and drive risk/issue mitigation and/or resolution * Facilitate status and ad hoc meetings * Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and status * Oversee project budget and change control * Manage relationship with Business Owners and Project Sponsors * May manage third party vendor relationships * Required Skills & Qualifications: * PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred * Must demonstrate solid understanding of Agile principles * Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and leadership * Experience managing / coordinating / escalating external dependencies * Knowledge and experience working with software development lifecycle from requirements through development and post production support * Ability to integrate agile and waterfall methodologies * Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) * Self-motivated and highly organized * SQL experience a plus (PLSQL/TSQL) * 3 years of project management experience * Merger/integration knowledge and experience * Knowledge of development/delivery methodologies * Ability to utilize software products to accomplish project management goals * Knowledge of project budgeting with experience managing budgets of 200k * 3 years of telecommunications industry experience Required Education and Experience: College degree in a Technical or related field and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 9 years professional level related Technical experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required.
