Job Description:

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Content Management Program is a CCB-wide, multi-year initiative to unify and align customer facing communications. The scope of the program spans all CCB lines of business, products, and customer communication channels. The programs focus is to

  • Improve the strength and consistency of controls through the unification of CCB Content Management People, Process and Technology

  • Realize process and resource efficiency by aligning CCB resources to a shared technology toolset, thus enabling content collaboration and speed of execution.

  • Ensure consistency and sustainability by creating standards, governance and alignment of best practices for content management

  • Leverage technology to reduce the potential for human error in content creation and approval as well as in the delivery of the communication

The CCB Content Management Business UAT Analyst II will work with the Consumer & Community Bank Content Management Lead and will be responsible for directing and managing all test planning and execution activities throughout the project delivery lifecycle across the JPMorgan Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) organization with primary focus on Content Management Program.

This position requires a strong self-starter who can proactively engage a virtual, cross organizational team without formal direction, and who has senior level interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, and analytical/problem solving skills. You will manage projects from story mapping and user stories through post implementation, working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies, monitoring project progress (risks & issues), test planning, test data preparation, test execution, defect management, preparing and presenting progress reports for management, collecting, documenting and archiving all required testing artifacts:

  • Direct test execution for Content Management Program, multiple projects within the roadmap and multiple applications (Content Authoring, Management, and Integration (CAMI); Asset Share Commons (ASC); and Symphony BPM) through the entire Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) using standard project processes and tools

  • Define and drive program/project test plan for alignment and execution by the test teams

  • Direct all UAT test activities, including end to end testing, writing test scripts to JIRA stories, and executing test scripts

  • Identify, create, execute critical business end-to-end processes and test scripts

  • Ensure that problems are properly documented, bugs are identified, escalated, and managed to resolution

  • Escalate project issue and risks appropriately, and drive them to resolution

  • Partner with UAT Lead, Product Owner, Scrum Team, and business parties to ensure effective use of methodologies and communicate test strategies, test results and performance through testing teams

  • Partner with UAT Lead, Technology and Product to define approach for build phase and/or scripts; maintain master plan and dates for the build phase from start of build to completion

  • Drive root cause analysis for business testing gaps and implement solutions to prevent recurrence

  • Identify and document industry best practices and drives adoption within the business test teams

  • Partner with UAT Lead to provide project communications and status reporting (e.g. project performance metrics/KPIs)

  • Proactively identify obstacles and collaborate with team to identify options/solutions

  • Collect and store all required compliance artifacts for the project across the project life cycle


  • 5 + years UAT testing experience,supporting multiple complex projects/programs assisting with defining teststrategy and test plan, executing testing, and providing adhoc reporting.

  • Self-starter who enjoysworking in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Experienced and proven abilityto complete testing on complex application, develop accurate conclusions andprovide recommendations with sufficient comprehension of the business tounderstand risk implications

  • Must be detail orientedand have strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills

  • Ability to be flexible,follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work

  • Strong interpersonalskills and ability to work with people at all levels across all functions

  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills with the ability to present information in differingdegrees of detail and form depending on the audience

  • Proven ability to buildstrong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, be flexible andthink strategically

  • Ability to work withinternal groups including legal, compliance, audit, finance, accounting, creditand operational risk to ensure consistent understanding of requirement

  • Bachelor's degreepreferred; or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent workingknowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power point

The Business Systems Consultant – Wholesale Reference Data Business Analyst role will be supporting and maintaining Wholesale master and reference data sets which help drive and support Wholesale Banking's need for accurate, consistent data used in actionable analytics and business operations, while mitigating risks to the organization. The individual in this role will work closely with various business and technology groups and systems/applications throughout Wholesale to ensure reference dataset quality and accuracy is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes. Overall responsibilities will include interacting with business partners to implement, maintain, and/or improve current master and reference datasets and processes used to provide accurate and timely data. This will also include analysis for reference data quality and impact assessments.
