Our TXR Operator in the Finishing Department is responsible for the following tasks:
The different sub processes within the finishing department are de-stacking, cutting, die-cutting, jogging, punching, blank separation and packaging.
Package die-cut labels by manual blank separator (TXR machine)
Assist the Die Cut Operator with the die cut machine delivery when needed.
Correctly package the labels in the correct boxes.
Use the Digital Counting System to input the correct label amount and apply the resulting box stickers on the boxes
Prepare packaging equipment (boxes, banding foil, etc.)
Perform a Quality Check of the finished product
Register finished/filled boxes by operating
Double check job order information and complete quality checks using a PC using and ERP system
Contribute to the general order and tidiness on production area.
Operation of a bar code scanning system.
Applying the requirements for ISO9001 and BRC, taking into account the safety, health, environmental and hygiene requirements.
All candidates must be able to work 2nd or 3rd Shift Hours after training on 1st shift.
