As a TV and Streaming Service Copywriter at Clearlink, you'll help folks find the TV service and products that are right for them. You'll take complex ideas and information, and make that data accessible for different audiences. Engaging landing pages. Persuasive service and product reviews. Informative blog posts. You'll write it allworking across multiple channels and industries (cable TV, streaming TV, and internet service) with a team of like-minded professional marketers.
It's a tough gig. But if you love throwing words on the page and making them play nice together, we should meet.
Breaking Down Your Day-to-Day
Research products and services that span multiple industries
Ideate and conceptualize digital experiences for the web and mobile
Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, project managers, developers, and marketing managers
Create and maintain valuable relationships
Facilitate creative ideas
Write both long- and short-form copy across multiple channels (organic search, PPC, email, social, display, etc.)
Track and analyze the performance of copy
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and voice
Brainstorm headlines and CTAs with a team of copywriters and editors
Juggle numerous projects with competing deadlines
Adjust voice and tone for audience and project type
Study digital marketing and UX best practices
What You Need
3+ years' experience in journalism, content marketing, or related field
A demonstrable passion for all things TV and tech (preferably in direct relation to journalism or blogging)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism (or similar discipline) from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, Airtable, and similar software applications
Excellent spelling and grammar skills
The ability to take / provide constructive and positive feedback
An insatiable drive to learn and grow
Solid communication and organizational skills
An agile mindset

Strong grasp of marketing trends
