Tutor(S) K12 All Subjects, Local School Support-40/Hr-50/Hr

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is seeking K12 academic support tutors for local school enrichment and remediation programs. Both ELA/Humanities and STEM subject specialists are needed. This position has regular demand and an above average pay rate.

Level: Some tutoring or teaching experience

Classification: Contract (1099)

The Position:

• Provide in person academic subject support to students in grades K-12

• Tutoring sessions take place at a local school or community center

• Tutoring sessions require 2+ hours per day during the week

• 4-12 hours per week of assignments available

Requirements

• Based in or near Holyoke, MA

• 4-12 hours per week of availability

• An earned Bachelor's Degree from a US 4 year degree granting college or university

• Past experience tutoring or teaching

• Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background and >2 years of experience as teacher or tutor
