JOB REQUIREMENTS * At least 18 years of age

• High School Diploma or a GED certificate (Verification required upon employment) * Successful completion of the district's proficiency exam (a rigorous assessment that demonstrates knowledge in reading, writing, and mathematics) EDUCATION: * A High School diploma, a GED certificate, or a higher degree is required (verification required upon employment). EXPERIENCE: * No formal experience required JOB INFORMATION: Tutors will conduct tutorial sessions that underscore the principle of collaborative learning and provide support to students with the skills necessary for industry certifications.
  
  Tutors will work a maximum of 20 hours per week between Monday and Friday. Schedule will be flexible and based on student needs and the availability of the tutor.

Comments and Other Information

FOREIGN TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION Individuals who have completed course work at an institution in a country other than the United States must obtain a complete evaluation of foreign transcripts/degrees, prior to applying for a position, and attach a copy to the application electronically. The foreign transcripts must be evaluated by one of the approved organizations, listed on the Rialto Unified School District website, in order to be accepted.

These organizations are private enterprises who charge a fee for their services. Individuals pursuing a foreign transcript evaluation must follow the procedures outlined by the organization providing the evaluation. In all instances, original, official documentation will be required when requesting the evaluation.
