GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

Previous experience working with disadvantaged students

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and state of Mississippi certification

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.

Serve participants in the after-school tutorial programs (virtual or face to face)

Provide supplemental and intense interventions to ETS Participants

Serve as learning advocates/resource brokers to participants

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the employee is occasionally required to perform job responsibilities in the outdoors and off site.
