Orion Industries, a Boeing supplier and award-winning aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a production employee with turret punch operating experience to join the Sheet Metal team on weekend shift (Friday through Sunday, 5:00am to 5:30pm). In addition to playing a critical role in getting airplanes in the sky, this position will play a part in supporting Orions mission of providing training opportunities to people that need help. Along with previous turret punch experience, the ideal Turret Punch Operator candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment

  • 1+ years of experience of measuring using equipment such as calipers, gauges and other precision measuring instruments

  • Experience reading blueprints/drawings and interpreting specifications

  • Working knowledge of GD&T

  • Ability to do minor editing in G-code

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A desire to share knowledge with others

This is a full time position working Friday through Sunday, 5:00am to 5:30pm (3 x 12s with a weekend shift bonus). A minimum of two weeks training on day shift is required

Monitor, organize and maintain inventory of company product at multiple branch locations.
