Disassembly core components in a nondestructive manner for remanufacturing process
Rotation in Disassembly Departments (Turbos, AAC, Transmission, Axles, Engines, Heads, Actuators, Oil/Water Pumps etc.)
Meet or exceed production goals
Learn core identification numbers
Operate press, air tools, torches, and welders
*Fill out daily paperwork and production boards
*5S Audit and daily checklist
*Continuous improvement/Process improvement (give suggestions)
*Use daily discomfort log and report sickness/injury (no matter how slight)
*Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent required
Attached resume is required
Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment
Good mechanical aptitude
Ability to work over time when necessary
Willingness to cross-train throughout the all disassembly areas.
Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally/ Ability to individually or team lift up to 85lbs rarely.
Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
Ability to operate air tools
Ability to operate an Acetylene Torch in a safe and nondestructive manner.
