Description:TUHP Software Integration Lead responsibilities include project tracking and oversight of an Avionics supplier through metrics analysis, action item tracking, and risk analysis. Applicant must have technical background in system/software development life-cycle, tools, and simulations with the be ability to review and interpret requirements, design and software test cases/procedures of avionics applications with an understanding of DO-178B guidelines, Partitioned operating systems, and various communication protocols such as ARINC-429, MIL-STD-1553, and Ethernet. Applicant must be willing to commit to 20-25% international travel to visit supplier sites for In-process reviews and test witnessing.

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in Software Development/Program Management role with demonstrated leadership skills. Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle model.

Desired Skills:

Background in Avionics and RTCA/DO-178B a plus.

VIEW JOBS 11/9/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-07T00:00 Description:The Turkish Utility Helicopter Program (TUHP) is a licensed co-production program with Turkish Industry to manufacture 109 T-70 helicopters (Turkish variants of Sikorsky's S-70i™ International BLACK HAWK helicopter) for operation by the Turkish Government, and to assemble an additional 109 S-70i™ helicopters for Sikorsky to sell to international markets. The total program value is $3.5 billion, inclusive of the work to be performed by Sikorsky, prime contractor TurkishAerospace, and other TUHP suppliers. The TUHP aircraft will contain a Turkish developed next-generation avionics cockpit. The position will serve as the mechanical lead supporting all Aerostructures manufacturing activities, specifically the cockpit, in support of Sikorsky's Turkish Utility Helicopter Program (TUHP). This position will be responsible for providing technical guidance in the assembly and installations on the cockpit production line at our customer's location, to enable a successful technology transfer. This effort is critical to the success of the TUHP for start-up of the T-70 aircraft and as part of the S-70i International Black Hawk platform buyback requirement. The position will be an expat role based in Ankara, Turkey. Specific job scope / responsibilities include: 1.) Familiarity with cockpit assembly build a. LH/RH Tub Assembly b. Cockpit Tub Join c. Canopy Join d. Canopy Fit-Out 2.) Experience in composite trim, installation and standard repair 3.) Experience in flight control installation; flight safety torque certified preferred (SS9300) 4.) Experienced in harness installation and SS7500 familiarity 5.) General sheet metal assembly, installation experience and standard repair (SS9208) 6.) Assembly Operation Sheet, DWG and Sikorsky Spec familiarity 7.) Responsible for customer training via On-The-Job Training and complete work assignments in accordance with joint technical guidance. May perform periodic inspections and general overview and repairs or modifications requiring replacement and assembly of parts. Provides technical assistance as required. Basic Qualifications: * A&P licensed mechanic with cockpit experience * Technical School certification and/ or U.S. Military Experience * 3+ years of applicable Sikorsky and/or industry experience working on a helicopter. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Must be detail oriented. * Must be able to interpret schematics, specifications and/or technical drawings. * Ability to work with minimal supervision, and lead other mechanics * Must be able to multi-task * Proven customer interface and engagement * Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills required.
