Key Responsibilities (Describe the main activities the job-holder will perform):
IMR - Manage overall IMR program
Ensure IMRs continue to progress
Work with CDO/Tech/Product teams to improve processes
Manage process with CDO
Get involved with critical IMRs and lead resolution
TRL Upgrade Manage overall migration to Genesis TRL program
Ensure upgrades continue to progress
BDQR Management (Business Data Quarterly Review) Ensure TTS meets target data quality/automation score
Work closely with Chief Data Office and Tech teams to understand issues and develop plans to address.
Work closely with various Tech teams who are managing the individual projects.
Facilitate effective communication between the many key stakeholder groups to enable efficient execution of program goals.
Deliver regular status reporting to management and key stakeholders through a comprehensive program governance structure, supporting a continual technology & operations delivery schedule.
Evaluate and communicate any possible risks to the completion of the project tasks
Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials.
Escalate issues and manage prioritization as needed.
Identify improvement opportunities, process risks, gaps or any help needed and communicate with the business program owner.
Facilitate use of Program Management best practices and governance structure across all work streams.
Development Value (What opportunities to develop can the job offer a prospective candidate?):
As a Product Manager in the highly visible Data Management team, this candidate will further develop their knowledge of Treasury Solutions, TTS architecture and Citi infrastructure. The individual is also part of the holistic Data and Analytics team and will be exposed to analytics and AI tools and leading industry tools. They will have Senior Management visibility, increasing responsibility and as such, will require good presentation and high level communication skills. Broad exposure to other Citi business lines as well as Global Functions enables a significant knowledge expansion across multiple facts of the Banking industry.
Knowledge/Experience (What knowledge/ experience of the role or the industry does the individual need, e.g. relevant work experience, industry and/or product knowledge):
Experience in Data Governance and Data Management, ideally having 3 years' experience working with large global data programs.
Strong Project Management skills - 5 years' experience.
Prior experience of large multi-stream projects and programs.
Business Analyst experience.
Strong and demonstrated leadership skills managing a diverse team including offshore contractors, with the ability to motivate and influence their performance.
High level communication and presentation skills are a must.
Experience producing excellent communication material and presenting to Senior Stakeholders
Cash Management or Treasury business knowledge preferred.
