The Thermal Screw Line Clean up team member (TSL) is responsible for general housekeeping duties. Keeping the department production floor clean of meat and debris at all times. Weigh waste barrels before sending to inedible and communicate to department Lead. Continuously monitor trash and remove from all areas throughout the day. Individuals within this role is exposed to steam in a hot temperature environment.
80% Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast paced environment and becoming proficient in cleaning procedures, to include, but not limited to: general housekeeping of plant floors, walls and drains, removal of condensation, cleaning production machinery, transfer belts and conveyors, and with light proper completion of paperwork.
10% Maintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
10% This position shall have the responsibility to report problems with the food safety management system to identified person(s). This position has the responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions. Acquire and maintain knowledge of HACCP/OPRP/PRP (GMP) policies and requirements to complete all monitoring and/or verifications tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be willing to work in hot, cold wet environment with cleaning solutions.
Availability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as needed.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be 18 years or older.
Previous food manufacturing experience.
Work history in the last 12 months.
