Trust Real Estate Operations Analyst II

The Trust Real Estate Operations Analyst II is responsible for conducting various operational activities within a functional unit (Trust Real Estate Operations) of the Specialty Asset Management group.

Position Responsibilities:

• Various operational functions associated with trust owned real estate and trust liabilities.
• Set up, removal and transfers of new trust real estate assets and liabilities on the trust accounting system and departmental database.
• Maintain and update real estate and liability market values, cost basis and balances

Establish property duties records in departmental database.

• Initiate and process incoming and outgoing payments associated with property sales and acquisitions by trust accounts.
• Process asset sales fees; set up asset holding fees on trust accounting system.
• Process property tax payments in conjunction with outside tax vendor.
• Daily balancing of accounts and transactions.
• Cross-trained with other departmental operations functions, including bill pay, lease processing, receivables processing, and insurance processing.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university AND 1 year of financial service operations or real estate operations experience, OR High School Diploma AND 4 years of financial service operations or real estate operations
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days

Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday- Friday
