Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the operational process of trust accounts with services and timeliness that meets established client service objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process one-time and recurring payment (including checks, ACHs, wires, and bank transfers) requests entered in Trust Accounting system daily in a timely manner
Scan printed checks with the corresponding backup documents, and mail receipts as provided
Assist securities team with logging in and scanning proxy and class action requests; provide production of quarterly reporting of proxy votes and class actions to Trust Operations Manager
Assist Security team with tracking of Corporate Actions; assemble all documentation of the Corporate Action and scan to document imaging system
Assist Security team with tracking and monitoring of Proxy voting, and scanned to document imaging system
Enter disbursements in trust accounting system for approval by Real Estate team for processing

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in securities operations, especially back office processing, and an understanding of trust accounts preferred
Some knowledge of consumer business services and products for high net worth individuals and related business preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel required
Excellent organizational and writing skills
Ability to compose letters/memoranda, coordinate meetings, and assist with client issues
Must be detail oriented, with the ability to retain information and learn new things quickly
Must have strong work ethics, effective listening and problem-solving skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work well within a team environment
