Description:Position Purpose Responsible for performing client service and administration for an assigned group of trust and investment management clients in the Trust Department. This is a professional role that includes contribution to growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and best-in-class fiduciary service.
What you'll doAdminister fiduciary accounts as directed by governing documents.Prepare distribution requests. Prepare for and participate in Trust Committee meetings.Work tactfully and professionally with account owners, beneficiaries, and other clients.Perform annual regulatory reviews.Open and close accounts
Prepare requests for investment transfers or trades.Prepare and submit court accountings, as required.Work directly with investment advisors to carry out investment objectives.Attend client calls and meetings.Interface with securities operations personnel
Coordinate bill payment.Prepare system reports of financial information.Assist with audits.Calculate and collect management fees following approved fee schedules.Other duties in the Trust Department, as assigned.Requirements:Where you'll shine
Minimum bachelor's degreeCTFA or equivalent experience a plus
Prefer minimum of 3 years of related experience or degree in trust administration subject matter.Superior verbal and written communication skills

Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
High degree of privacy and confidentiality
