Trust Manager is responsible managing Trust Associates, providing guidance and oversight to all processes and procedures. Acts as main liaison between Trust Officers, Trust Associate and Operations staff on account administration and risk controls Responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and support the smooth functioning of the office. To create and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness. Work closely with upper management regarding office needs and guiding trust associates in accordance with company policies. In addition to servicing assigned accounts and providing a high level of customer service to clients.
What you will be doing:
Manages Trust Associates. Provides day to day operational guidance on:
Goal setting & monitoring
Standard practices
Setting administration standards around committee materials, day to day trust administration
Providing high level of client service
Adherence to procedures & protocols
Overseeing the work of trust associates to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards. Evaluate and manage staff performance. Responsible for completing annual and mid year associate reviews; ensure top performance of trust associates by providing them coaching, mentoring, and counsel any associates struggling in their roles; providing training around procedures, such as system input, client call backs, new account opening paperwork, closing accounts, administrative reviews. Providing training for job advancement to learn Trust Officer skills (coordinated with Director of Fiduciary Services).
Responsible for office projects such as Adobe Sign training, floor warden, key keeper, and others as directed. Leads special projects as needed by Director of Fiduciary Services.
Organize office operations. Review and approve office equipment needs/acquisitions. Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, equipment, monitoring supply inventory and orders, processing payment of office bills.
Acts as Marketing Coordinator for trust sponsored events and seminars. Support main sponsor and work with Marketing department to coordinate events in collaboration with Director of Fiduciary Services. Monitors and reconciles department donation budget, analyzes and reports data, makes recommendations of event value to management to continue/discontinue event sponsorship.
Support department processes by maintaining office systems and supervise staff. Analyze and monitor internal processes. Conduct monthly calls with trust associates for purposes of training, issue spotting, audit/regulatory updates, systems updates, any identified QA issues.
Responsible for the professional administration, management, and servicing of assigned investment management and custodial accounts in accordance with the terms specified in the governing documents and applicable law. Strive to deliver the highest services and client contact standards, including regular client communication and prompt responsiveness to client and advisor inquiries. Coordinate client requests for funds including regular remittance and disbursements. Monitor daily transactions and ensure accuracy.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but additional experience in lieu of education will be considered.
Required 5 Trust experience
Required 3 Leadership Experience
Preferred 10 Overall Financial Institution experience.
Proven office management and administrative experience.
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.

Salary: $92,000-140,000 annually
Final compensation package will be determined by the work experience, education, and/or skill level of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
