Responsibilities: Draft, file, and serve pleadings, including motions, petitions, orders, inventories, accounts, notices, and other probate-related pleadings Conduct research to support legal proceedings Assist with the drafting and reviewing of estate plans and legal documents Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal dispute Communication and meeting with clients Record and store client information ​ Qualifications:
