Job Description

Primary responsibility for performing service and fulfillment activities to meet trust client needs and expectations. Trust product expert who acts as an additional point of contact for clients and/or as a backup for client-facing trust officers. Provides high level administrative support to client facing officers. Secondary responsibility for identifying new business opportunities from existing book of business.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ yrs. experience in reading and interpreting trust/estate documents.

  • Working knowledge of the interpretation and practical application of document provision, trust and estate law, taxes, investments, and the legal framework of trust administration.

  • Experience working with Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment.

  • Ability to take ownership for solving problems and to make sound decisions within area of responsibility.

  • Ability to work with urgency in responding to client requests, to develop personal rapport with clients, and to treat clients in a courteous and respectful manner.

  • Excel in organization and time management skills.

  • Detail oriented.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with PACE or another trust accounting system.
