Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain a customer base in N. Michigan through daily cold calling and updating of information in a CRM.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in both the industry and local market to gain a competitive edge.
Complete formal sales training available through the organization's employee development department.
Satisfy their customer's individual and business needs through solution-based selling of not only equipment but also direction towards the organization's other offerings including maintenance services, repair services, leasing, rental, and financing.
