Qualifications and Details about the Position

• Follows company policies and procedures as required in the Driver and Operator Standards and Procedures and Driver and Operator Point System. Reports compliance problems to supervisor.

• Reads and is knowledgeable of Material Safety Data Sheets for all liquids being hauled. Knows proper handling and disposal procedures for substances requiring specialized handling and disposal.

• Loads and unloads freight, machinery, equipment, materials, or products at customer locations, refineries, gas plants, pipeline unloading stations, and/or substations.

• Drives truck or equipment to outlying locations as dispatched; travels and works for extended periods as necessary for site requirements, customer work orders, and miscellaneous company assignments.
