JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of all food service operations throughout the Front of House and Back of the House, but not limited to:
Dishwashing
Cleaning production equipment, front of house dining area, and back of house production area
Trash removal
Stocking service areas and storeroom
Ability to transport, unload and store food items, dry goods, containers, etc. to and from Tribal Administration Plaza
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Back-of-House cleanliness, including pot washing and dishwashing, removal of all garbage, floor sanitation, cleaning/maintenance of all kitchen equipment, and ensuring workstations are continually wiped down and sanitized.
Ensures the Team Dining Room is stocked with clean dishes and silverware.
Prepare and transport food from the kitchen to assigned locations. Unloads and stores all Team Dining Room related items delivered to Tribal Administration Plaza.
Transport food from casino, restaurants, and grocery stores.
Grocery shopping as needed.
Store and prepare food items, ensuring the highest standards for freshness.
Maintain all beverage stations.
Monitor food stations for proper temperatures, presentation, and keeping them adequately stocked. Maintain food stations in accordance with the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health Food Handler certificate or equivalent.
Maintain and stock Front of House area and all service stations.

Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum two years of experience in kitchen food production
General cooking knowledge and/or banquet service experience helpful
Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and multiple interruptions, exercise judgment, and adapt instructions/directions from one assignment to another.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and aptitude, understanding the impact on guest satisfaction.
Possess or able to obtain a valid Riverside County Department of Environmental Health Food Handlers Certificate or equivalent.
Must have a valid CA driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment including, but not limited to, a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
