HRI, Inc., a leader in heavy civil construction since 1947, has an opening for an experienced and energetic Triaxle Driver for Central Pennsylvania. The Triaxle Driver position is within our West Region, where we are a leader in asphalt paving, products, and heavy civil construction.

The responsibilities of the Triaxle Driver include, but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Must operate truck equipped with a dump body to transport and dump loose materials such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, coal and bituminous paving materials; or must operate a truck equipped with a water tank to transport and spread water on job sites

  • Must have skills to conduct pre-trip inspection checklist on equipment such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water

  • Must be able to handle paperwork concerning Department of Transportation regulations, freight weigh bills, fuel tickets and load tickets

  • Must be able to carry out detailed instructions, take directions to job sites, but also must be able to use good judgement in decision making and be able to work without direct supervision.

  • Must be able to oil, grease and fuel truck

  • Must have the ability to operate the vehicle safely in traffic situations and follow the policies and procedures of the company

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in DOT driving position

  • Class B CDL

  • Proven track record working safely

  • Must be able to climb onto and up and down a vehicle several times a day.

  • Must be able to sit in a vehicle and operate it for several hours without stopping.

  • Must withstand vibration from truck, road, and job site conditions as well as noise from the truck engine, other equipment and other traffic.

  • Must be able to use arms, hands, and feet in repetitive motions.

  • Must be able to perform light manual duties, such as sweeping debris and rocks out of the truck bed or trailer, handle tarpaulins, tailgate chains, binders, and binding chains.

  • Overtime as required

  • Must comply with all DOT regulations

  • Good work ethic, professional, and positive attitude

The Driver position is a full-time position with a great starting rate and excellent benefits package.

This will change the entire field of Regenerative Medicine from a cash market to main stream medicine very quickly. Patients have been waiting for years for these treatments to be covered by insurance. The demand for this type of product is extraordinary. We must ramp up quickly, and are looking for motivated, energetic people to carry our message to as many medical providers, as quickly as possible. Our Sales Reps should be able to engage with multiple Doctors per day. You will make a great commission from each product you sell. Our company will provide training, and support to educate and introduce our products. We will provide consultation, or training to the Doctors on how to sell more of these treatments in their practice. We will also show them how they can market to past patients and to the general public to help more people and generate more income for the practice. The more people they help, the more you earn.</p><p>These are new products to mainstream medicine.
