Open-door policy with approachable leadership and supportive mentors. ‍ Your Role: Litigation Associate Attorney-Asbestos Toxic Tort Attorney-Defense Conducting and defending expert and witness depositions. Drafting motions and other complex litigation documents. Preparing discovery requests and drafting responses for exchange with various parties. Building and maintaining client relationships through effective oral and written communication. Assisting with trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, and organizing exhibit and witness lists.
