Trial Attorney – General Liability, Products Liability, And/Or Asbestos Defense

We are working with a law firm who has been offering their expertise to their clients with diverse litigation and transactional cases for the past 35 years. They are now looking to grow their team and bring on a trial attorney with civil defense litigation experience.

Requirements:

• Admission to California State Bar
• Significant experience with jury trials working on the defense of general liability, products liability, and/or toxic tort
• Significant first chair jury trial experience, seeing cases through to verdict
• Trial experience working on the defense of asbestos-related matters is a plus
• ABOTA membership is a plus

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 + bonuses
