This position is responsible for reengaging patients who have not completed their dental care and overcome objections that cause disengagement to help them schedule outstanding treatment.
Base salary is $ 17.00 hourly plus an attractive monthly bonus program based on meeting performance targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct Outbound calls to patients who did not complete treatment and patients who did not accept treatment
Responsible for increasing office profitability by promoting all services available and encouraging patients to accept outstanding treatment.
Addresses patients primary concern(s) and other priority needs of the patient
Clearly reviews any changes in treatment with the patient/parent answering all questions to obtain approval for treatment
Explains clinical significance of treatment plan to patient and proving information explanations of the doctors proposed treatment
Reinforces the timeliness required to prevent further damage
Schedule next dental appointment
Offer new family member appointments
Document call outcome and reasons for disengagement
Documents all results in incomplete treatment (IT)
Foster strong and positive communications with field customers, patients and colleagues
Call on "No Show" and "Follow up" appointments to rebook missed appointment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Dental background required and/or Terminology
Ability to read and interpret dental coding and treatment plans
Ability to effectively interact with a diverse population of health care customers
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and meets deadlines.
Ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office suite programs. Knowledge of QSI software or other clinical information system preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
