Woodward Resource Center (WRC) is seeking a Treatment Program Supervisor (TPS) to join our team.

The mission of Woodward Resource Center is to prepare and support individuals to live in the community of their choice. Discharge planning begins at admission.

As part of the WRC team:

  • Develop, write, and implement services and supports as determined by Case Management's Individual Comprehensive Plan within an integrated, interdisciplinary team process to provide adequate, appropriate, and timely supports, interventions, strategies, and assessments that effectively address an individual's needs.

  • Supervises and evaluates performance of subordinate staff at community-based homes so compliance is assured with Woodward Resource Center (WRC) Waiver policies and procedures as well as Home and Community Based ID Waiver (HCBS ID Waiver) rules.

  • Organize/direct daily business so that services operate in the most effective/efficient manner. Staff will be scheduled/deployed to achieve the best coverage and use as evidenced by staffing schedules.

  • Monitor implementation of services, supports and interventions through direct observation, participation, and review of documentation.

  • Attend trainings, review research studies, network with other State Providers to consistently seek ways to increase his/her knowledge of current trends and best practices in the areas of delivery of service.

  • Expected to be on call for the WRC Waiver homes on a routine basis making arrangements for back up as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Examples of experience at this level includes but is not limited to Social Worker, Registered Nurse, and Occupational Therapist
