Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health PA Children-s IDD Services, located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, provides a variety of assessment, treatment, and educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges.


Demonstrates the skills, knowledge and abilities to develop, implement and manage sound budgetary practices. Serves as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.

Participates in the on-call rotation. Participates in licensing survey/inspections, meetings, and committees, and special events of the facility and Center. Demonstrates ability to establish systems and measures to ensure a safe environment, identify risk to applicable customers and take appropriate interventions.

Responsible for responding to emergency situations and implementing appropriate procedures. Interview, select and evaluate performance of direct care staff.

To qualify, we require:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field

  • At least three years experience working directly with individuals with mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health disorders and supervisory experience required

  • Must be able to complete eight days of new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day

  • Valid state license

  • Must be 21 years of age

The Manager Life Cycle Management (LCM) is a member of the Trauma/CMF Franchise Integrated Medical/Clinical/Pre-Clinical team. S/he provides life cycle management of the marketed product and serves as a contract partner in support of the Franchise Integrated Team's business responsibilities. Candidates must have excellent written & oral communication skills with technical review level writing ability (level above Med Info Writer), be a quick learner and strong team player. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lifecycle Management for marketed products including labelling updates, medical/clinical support and accountability for technical files and documents and medical support to Regulatory and Quality groups. * Collaborate closely with the franchise's Medical Directors in support of business responsibilities. * Research, prepare and document responses to Medical Information Requests from Healthcare providers. * Review and approve medical content in Copy Approval process; consults with Franchise Medical Director when needed. * Provide consultation to cross functional team in support of evidence assessment, literature review, analysis and conclusions for Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER). * Review of CERs and assists in preparation of periodic safety reports for assigned products. * Assist in reviewing of risk evaluation documents * Provide support to Medical Directors in medical oversight of evidence generation and publication strategy for selected marketed products in close collaboration with the cross functional team * Prepare and/or manages preparation of presentations and manuscripts around clinical data as well as medical and scientific information, this includes hands on management of publications and maintenance of timelines * Contribute to value dossiers for marketed products * Assess work volumes, effectively prioritizes business needs to meet the demand, and escalates work load constraints accordingly to Medical Directors. * Act as a team member supporting and collaborating with the other LCM managers within their therapeutic space.
