As the Treatment Court Administrative Supervisor, you will oversee the management and development of Treatment Court staff, ensuring seamless integration into the team. Daily administrative support is provided to facilitate the smooth operation of the department. Additionally, strategic planning and resource development are key components to enhance program effectiveness and secure funding opportunities.
Supervision of assigned staff
Participate in the selection and interviewing processing, hiring, onboarding, training, assignment of work, performance evaluation, timesheet approval, counseling, and progressive discipline
Provide daily administrative support to staff
Monitor program budget, process invoices, order supplies, time and attendance data entry, and prepare memos and letters
Conduct investigative reporting and complete various court paperwork.
Attend routine meetings at differing hours
Research and implement innovative ways to administer the program in an effective manner
Develop strategies to support accreditation of program.
Develop resources to deliver quality services to clients and partners. Grant writing to pursue additional funding
Collect program data and compile reports
Troubleshoot and resolve program issues
Graduation from an accredited two-year college or technical school with a degree in business or related field and four (4) years of experience with at least two years in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Driving is an essential function of this position. To be considered, you must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. If your driver's license is from another state, you will be required to obtain and show proof of a valid NC driver's license within 60 days of hire.
Negative drug screen and background check are required.
