Come and join our fun, intelligent and top-notch team. Job Description: As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth patient flow and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey, from the initial consultation to the completion of procedures. Your ability to effectively communicate treatment options, financial arrangements, and dental insurance benefits will be vital to ensuring patient satisfaction and treatment acceptance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.

This position reports to the Director of Business Operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned by management. 1. Patient Consultation and Education: Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients' dental concerns, desires, and expectations.

Explain various treatment options, procedures, and associated benefits, as well as potential risks or complications. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Answer patient questions and address any concerns to ensure a clear understanding of treatment plans. 2.

Treatment Coordination: Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with patients' needs and goals. Schedule and coordinate appointments for various treatments and procedures, optimizing appointment efficiency and patient convenience.

Provide accurate cost estimates and present financial arrangements to patients, including insurance coverage and payment options. Obtain necessary authorizations or referrals from insurance providers for treatment coverage. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress, and insurance claims. 3.

Patient Communication and Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with patients by demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism. Act as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling changes, and concerns promptly and efficiently.

Maintain open lines of communication between patients, dental team members, and external stakeholders as needed. Follow up with patients to ensure their satisfaction, treatment adherence, and continuity of care. Encourage patients to refer friends & write reviews to promote the practice 4.

Administrative Duties: Maintain organized patient records and treatment files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations. Assist in managing the reception area, including greeting patients, verifying patient information, and managing patient paperwork.

Collaborate with the dental office staff and utilize office resources to support daily administrative tasks, such as billing, insurance claims processing, and inventory management. Maintaining amenities for patients Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Additional education or certification in dental assisting or dental office administration is a must At least two years of experience managing people and at least two years of experience in a dental office Skills & Capabilities:

Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting, preferably as a treatment coordinator or similar role. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatments, and terminology Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse patient populations, staff, and contacts in a professional and compassionate manner. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.

Proficient in dental practice management software and computer applications. Familiarity with dental insurance processes, billing, and coding. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. Capabilities Majority of work is completed in a general office environment with exposure to moderate levels of noise in a well-lit, well-ventilated and fast paced environment; continuously required to read computer screens. Minimal travel is required, 5% or less; travel is regional in scope requiring travel by driving We Offer:
