Strong Leadership skills; provides coaching, skills development, guidance and support to staff; approximately three (3) direct reports

Assumes various management responsibilities in event of an absence

Prepares daily cash forecast for submission to Sr. Management

Responsible for overseeing cash movement for all bank entities (Manager and In Securitization) on a daily basis including Company holidays

Reviews daily and period end reports for distribution

Approves daily American Clearing House (ACH) transactions and outgoing wires for all bank entities

Reviews journal entries for all bank entities including ACH's, garnishments, sweeps, cash worksheets and all reclassifications at period end

Reviews journal entries for In Securitization accounts including sweeps, cash worksheets and all cash categorization on a weekly basis

Reviews and approves all incoming payments, checks, money orders and wires from all Company restaurants and corporate facilities

Reviews invoices for banking supplies and armored carrier for all Company restaurants

Reviews Fast Pay Process and transmission of ACH bank files weekly

Ensures support documentation is provided to internal and external auditors for quarterly review

Participates in Company meetings, webinars and conference calls

Other duties and/or special requests as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

Approximately three (3) to five (5) years experience in a supervisory role

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word

Knowledgeable in General Acceptance Accounting Principles; general ledger, journal entries, statement review and ACH (wires) experience required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally

Exhibits ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects, at times for multiple departments with hard deadlines

Strong work ethic ensures proper handling of sensitive information, demonstrates a high level of confidentiality

Strong organizational skills; work load fluctuates daily, must be able to prioritize projects

CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst for its Franklin, TN, headquarters’ Treasury team. Summary: The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for the daily company cash operations, provides key financial analysis on the consolidated cash flow forecast and investment portfolio, and supports the Treasury function across all operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned. • Daily cash management activities, including creating cash position and making investment sweep decisions. • Daily cash applications within the AR sub-ledger, including related research and reporting. • Day-to-day bank account management. Administer on-line banking systems, setup user access per policy, liaise between Finance dept. and banks, and monitor global bank accounts. • Ensure Treasury policies and procedures, bank resolutions and signatory policies are strictly followed in all banking activity company wide. • Assist in the development of and perform periodic cash forecast process. • Provide financial analysis in support of decision making in all areas of Treasury • Monthly and quarterly Treasury accounting close and reporting support. • Respond to all Audit requests, address any issues raised. • Perform month-end treasury reporting such as short term investment schedules. • Responsible for providing financial and analytical support including: daily, weekly, monthly reporting on financial and non-financial metrics. • Generate reporting packages related to cash and investment performance attributes and returns. • Assist in ensuring Treasury control procedures are in place for both regulatory compliance and promote a strong control environment.
