Treasury Specialist

POSTION SUMMARY:

This position will be a key member of the treasury function. The position will focus on cash management, banking, merchant service, and accounting for investments.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting for investments.

• Assist in daily banking operations.

• Assist in reporting and analyzing daily cash flows.

• Assist in tracking/reviewing banking services.

• Assist in preparing investment reports for management.

• Assist in issuing daily payments.

• Assist in unclaimed property filings.

• Oversee and document merchant function including PCI compliance.

• Administer corporate credit card program.

• Research banking and investment trends and review ideas with manager.

• Champion process improvement.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• All other duties as assigned by the Treasury Manager.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• BS degree in finance, accounting, or related work experience

MINIMUM SKILL QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to solution complex situations

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict timelines.

• Excellent organization skills

• Ability to maintain close attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
