POSITION SUMMARY
As the Treasury Specialist, you are responsible for preparing various liquidity and investment reports. In this role, you will assist the Treasurer with various duties related to Asset-Liability Management. As a representative of the Bank, you are required to present a positive and professional image at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare liquidity reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual)
Prepare and submit FR2900 reports (Daily, Weekly, Annual)
Prepare Collateral Pool Reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)
Pledge/Release collateral as directed for collateralized accounts
Prepare investment purchase, sales, and calls monitoring reports (Daily, Monthly, Annual)
Post investment entries to the general ledger
Update Safekeeping for pledging, purchases, sales & calls
Prepare ALCO meeting materials (quarterly)
Update CRA Investment list monthly, by market (quarterly)
Prepare Pipeline report through Precision Lender (15th & 30th)
Submit and compile Market Rate reports (bi-weekly)
Prepare & communicate Mortgage Loan rate changes (weekly)
Prepare Municipal Rate sheet and post to JET (monthly)
Post Brokered Deposit rates to JET (weekly)
ICS/CDARS reports (weekly)
Provide deposit rate quotes as backup to the Treasurer
Upload Correspondent Banking fees and other Treasury related invoices to A/P (monthly)
Serve as a backup to Treasury functions when necessary
Perform special projects as they arise
Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements
Actively support the ongoing development of a culturally diverse workforce
Complete other duties as assigned as determined by management to be reasonable and beneficial
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position largely operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively with management and employees. Regular use of the telephone and email for communication is essential. Remaining in a stationary position operating a computer for extended periods of time is common. Must be able to accurately gather and process verbal and written information and properly prepare or inspect documents. Good manual dexterity is needed for the frequent use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculators, copiers and telephones.
