The Treasury Solutions Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Treasury Solutions Sales Officers, sales, marketing, and successful implementation of cash management/treasury solutions services within the Bank's footprint in New Jersey, New York or Florida and Alabama to the commercial base and prospective clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support, manage and coach the Treasury Sales Teams in markets assigned by providing consultative selling techniques for clients & prospects to determine what product sets and features best suit the client/prospect requirements.
Review analysis of account activity, balances and proposals, to support and coach the Treasury Sales Officers' presentations to client/prospect enabling the closing of the product sale.
Ensure that the implementation process is conducted efficiently by Treasury Solutions Sales Officer with Treasury Solutions Operations.
Manage overall client satisfaction with regards to Cash Management/Treasury Solutions product/services.
Support the Bank's efforts in analyzing deposit relationships with both existing and prospective relationships.
Attend assigned meetings on a regular basis.
Follow-up on all Sales Team's calls & product sales.
Work with Treasury Sales Officers, Commercial Lenders and District Sales Managers in identifying cash management/treasury solutions opportunities with both existing and prospective client base.
Is responsible for overseeing Treasury Sales teams in assigned markets.
Responsible for strategy and tactics required to achieve revenue goals.
Ensure the banks strategic plan for deposits and expense management are met.
Spearhead efforts in the development of new cash management product set and enhancements to existing product sets.
Act/assist as the liaison between the Bank and various vendors of cash management/treasury solutions services.
Create monthly sales reports reflecting pipeline of sales activities, new products sold and lost business.
Provide monthly input to Department Manager for Board Reporting.
Direct Sales Officers as needed supporting Department's objectives.
Must have the skill to review and analyze bank statements and apply the results to specific product sets.
Proficient knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint for proposal generation.
Superior sales and service abilities.
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 10 years' Cash Management/Commercial Banking or related experience.
Valid Driver's license.
Bachelor's Degree and general banking knowledge preferred.
