The Support Specialist role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound service interactions with Treasury Solutions customers.

There is minimum discomfort from noise in this area. Detailed instructions and procedures to be followed in a potentially hazardous condition (i.e. robbery) are provided to minimize the risk.
Assist customers with their inquiries and questions related to their Treasury services.
Provide exceptional customer service experience for all customers.
Resolve customer requests through proficient use of the system tools, research and navigation within the organization, or escalation to an appropriate resource.
Stay current and knowledgeable on all Treasury Solutions products and services.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred,
A minimum of 3 years of banking experience,
Ability to develop rapport easily with clients, peers, and internal partners,
Advanced written and verbal communication skills,
Strong problem solving skills,
Ability to utilize various systems and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products,
Exceptional customer service skills,
Ability to work with others as a team,
