Overview

The Support Specialist role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound service interactions with Treasury Solutions customers.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

Work Environment:

There is minimum discomfort from noise in this area. Detailed instructions and procedures to be followed in a potentially hazardous condition (i.e. robbery) are provided to minimize the risk.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and questions related to their Treasury services.

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience for all customers.

  • Resolve customer requests through proficient use of the system tools, research and navigation within the organization, or escalation to an appropriate resource.

  • Stay current and knowledgeable on all Treasury Solutions products and services.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred,

  • A minimum of 3 years of banking experience,

  • Ability to develop rapport easily with clients, peers, and internal partners,

  • Detailed oriented,

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills,

  • Strong problem solving skills,

  • Ability to utilize various systems and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products,

  • Exceptional customer service skills,

  • Ability to work with others as a team,

  • Ability to organize and prioritize to achieve goals,

  • Ability to resolve questions and issues with little supervision, and

  • Ability to understand and apply policies and procedures and federal/state regulations.

Signal Support Systems Specialists are responsible for integrating signal systems and networks; performing signal support functions and unit-level maintenance on authorized signal equipment; and installing, operating, and maintaining radio and data distribution systems. Advanced team members supervise and train other Soldiers; maintain and install signal support systems and terminal devices; provide technical assistance and training for automation and communications equipment; prepare maintenance and supply requests for unit-level signal support; and operate and perform preventative maintenance checks and services on assigned vehicles.
