Responsibilities
Prospect Profiling to include:
Company Research
Wallet Share identification
Industry Analysis
Leading Pre-call Preparation for Significant Deals:
Assemble key data elements both internally and externally to present to the TSO/Relationship Manager
Align internal partners (Operations, On Boarding, Client Service) when required to obtain deal specific needs
"Pitch Prep" including price model and pitch book development
Client Engagement:
Leverage working capital concepts and tactics
Independent calling on tenured clients for functional relationship reviews, client service issues, self identified cross-sell
Develop trusted relationships with Top 5 fee/deposit clients in each TSO portfolio
Quarterly client "reach out" to Top 20 fee/deposit clients in each TSO portfolio
Portfolio Stewardship:
Understand financial levers in portfolio and be able to identify trends, gaps and issues
Identify and act on negative variance clients and positive variance clients in an effort to retain or grow revenue
Assist TSO in maintaining an "At Risk" list of clients to drive internal awareness, resolve issues or predict revenue runoff
Understand and maintain awareness with high exposure clients (EDD, ACH)
Revenue realization review to ensure proper revenue ramp for new and existing client sales
Internal Initiatives Involving Sales:
Client Experience:
Ensures client issues are routed to Client Service for first pass resolution, remains engaged to support escalations in TSO's absence
Oversee weekly "On Track / Off Track" meetings with On Boarding to ensure speed to revenue
Follow up as instructed by TSO in providing materials to clients

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Sales preferred or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail required
Strong oral presentation and written communication skills required
Excellent knowledge of PC/Internet (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel) required
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills, work ethic and attitude
Self-Starter, takes initiative and has an intellectual curiosity
Superb team skills and supportive to other teammates and groups
Excellent time management skills
