This positionwill perform various Treasury Management duties in support of the bank's Commercial clients and the Treasury Management Services they use. Interact with currentand prospective commercial clients multitasks various daily duties, possesses akeen attention to detail, as well as effectively manages changing priorities.
Support of the Treasury Management salesprocess. Process internal documents andobtains signatures required to implement services including tracking of ACHcredit exposure approvals through credit as requested by Treasury Sales.
Submit requests through Workflow Tool torequest Treasury Documentation required for new products and services orrevisions to existing agreements as directed by Treasury Sales. Responsible for tracking the return ofAgreements and notifies Treasury Sales or contacts customers to follow up ondocumentation requested. Compile alldocuments (internal and external) and forwards completed package to TreasurySupport for implementation through Workflow Tool.
Review and respond to daily emails and callsfrom commercial clients. Prepare finalsales proposals to present to customers.
Pull monthly reports reflectingexpirations of pricing exceptions and waives to be reviewed by TM Sales.Submits XAA maintenance through ticket system as requested by TM Sales.
Review prelim statements at request ofTM Sales to confirm all billing is correct and services have been added/deletedas requested. Opening checking accounts on an emergency back-up basis.

3-5 years of experiencewith treasury management products. Working knowledge of banking processes and procedures. Able to prioritize and plan workrequirements, use time efficiently, and seek increased responsibilities. A working knowledge of Excel, Power Point and
Word is required. Should haveintermediate-to-advance skill level with spreadsheet and word processingsoftware.
