The primary responsibility of this position is to identify, analyze, support, and coordinate the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across Treasury Services' (TS) various client touchpoints, products, and processes. Key focus areas include optimizing the client experience, enhancing organizational efficiency, leveraging data, understanding and integrating new technologies, and evaluating and implementing product innovation ideas that advance the solution set, grow revenue, and increase client satisfaction for BNY Mellon's Treasury Services business.

In order to identify and assess digital and innovation opportunities, the position works closely with other groups within Treasury Global Product Management, Relationship Management & Business Development (Sales), Client Support, Technology, Operations, and other business partner groups, and also leverages a Client Advisory Council made up of executives of Treasury Services customers. Initiatives may be incremental or transformative in nature, and may involve the development and implementation of new technology, new processes, new products, or capability extensions for existing products, and may be developed in-house or via engagement with outside vendors. This role provides support to ideas that require evaluation and approval through the Treasury Services Innovation Process ranging from advisory support to full project leadership support models.

Ideas are evaluated for customer value proposition, client experience enhancement, market differentiation and adoption rates, pricing strategies, return on investment, process improvement, operational cost and efficiency, service quality, alternative system/technology designs, legal/financial/operating risk, and strategic fit among other considerations. The position may manage cross-functional development and implementation teams including resources from Treasury Services Product Management, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Sales and other functions. May act as Treasury Services' representative on various internal and/or industry workgroups, and may involve thought leadership support and/or execution of whitepapers, webinars, conference speaking engagements, etc. This role has frequent exposure to clients and Treasury Services senior management, and may also have exposure to executive management, senior risk committees, and/or regulators.

Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 12 plus years of total work experience in Project Management preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

In this role, you will be responsible for: * Leading client-facing, multi-disciplinary projects in a Project Director role, which includes project technical/commercial management of projects, delivery of high quality work, client relationship and contact, and the formation of project teams. * Outreach to existing and new clients to explore expansion of relationships and services offered. * Growing the digital services business with a particular emphasis on property and transportation. * Research into and development of major opportunities and programs through pre-positioning, master service agreements and brand building * Develop and deliver annual and three-year business plan, including client development, definition of new offerings, project positioning, skills requirements, marketing plan, industry outreach activities and essential staff development. * Coordinate with Digital business service leaders in other Arup regions to leverage international skills and experience, serve global clients, develop brand and reputation, and promote staff mobility Qualifications: * Minimum of 15 years of experience with a deep understanding of technology and data and their roles in supporting our clients' strategies and operations. * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field. * Domain experience in property or transport, with strong understanding of client needs and priorities. * Minimum of 10 years' experience collaboratively working across teams, network development, client relationship development, proposal definition, and commercial management of projects. * Ability to travel and work on virtual teams across the region and globally.
