The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and implement a data and analytics-based business intelligence strategy in support of the Treasury Services business' digital transformation. Key focus areas include development of data and analytics use cases capable of optimizing the client experience, developing new and transformative client insights that lead to improved client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, integration of leading analytics access tools and techniques that put the power of analytics in the hands of end users, educating constituents and partners on sound data analytics approaches and tools, and working with TS Technology, Chief Data Office, and other constituents to deploy a highly-functional data and analytics infrastructure. The incumbent will be the Treasury Services component of a broader enterprise strategy to better understand and leverage the power of the data at our disposal and will therefore collaborate with peers across the lines of business to develop best practice approaches and identify cross-line of business analytics opportunities.
In order to succeed, the position will work closely with other groups within Treasury Services including Global Product Management, Relationship Management & Business Development (Sales), Client Support, Technology, Operations, and other business partner groups, as well as other business lines with similar roles. Incumbent will also leverage a Client Advisory Council made up of executives of Treasury Services customers.
Initiatives may be incremental or transformative in nature, and may involve the development and implementation of new technology, new processes, new products, or capability extensions for existing products, and may be developed in-house or via engagement with outside vendors. In pursuit of their objectives, the incumbent may manage cross-functional project teams including resources from Treasury Services Global Product Management, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Sales and other functions. May act as Treasury Services' representative on various internal and/or industry workgroups, and may involve thought leadership support and/or execution of whitepapers, webinars, conference speaking engagements, etc. This role has frequent exposure to clients and Treasury Services senior management, and may also have exposure to executive management, senior risk committees, and/or regulators.
Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred. Project Management experience preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
