Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.
Treasury Management & Payment Solutions
o Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
o Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending
This Treasury Services Associate 1 position is in the Token Distribution Services team. The team's primary responsibilities include the assignment and shipment of RSA Tokens to CEO users and supporting CC4B with research and resolutions to internal and external customer token authentication issues.
Responsible for implementing and servicing token distribution for Treasury Management products. Duties may also include: Identifying and resolving client issues; acting as a liaison between the client and bank operations, sales officers, vendors and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of quality services and to meet client needs; identifying trends through tracking and monitoring the client's portfolio to ensure compliance, identify exceptions or suggest products, procedures or services that may streamline the client's interactions; training clients on products and services to ensure optimal delivery and meet implementation needs; performing post implementation product usage and customer billing reviews. May attend onsite client visits with manager to learn more about the business.
This position is deemed essential. Therefore, it is a requirement for employees to work in the office. The shift for this position is M-F 8:00am

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
