Overview
Reports directly to Treasury Manager focusing on 1) capital structure and liquidity management; 2) research and analysis of financial and governance subject matters; 3) communications to outside business partners; 4) analysis of emerging topics on sustainability, investments and treasury related topics; 5) treasury subject matter expert for due diligence.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of the financial strategy for liquidity and capital structure management for the corporation
Development in the communications for outside business partners including banks, bondholders and rating agencies as necessary
Support divisions in the review of their processes and controls surrounding cash and treasury services
Enhance and implement strategy for foreign currency and interest rate risk management
Contributes to the sustainability efforts within treasury including supporting analysis of external ratings as well as potential future debt issuances and credit facility
Manage the due diligence process as well as financial analysis for a portion of our growth projects. Serve as the treasury subject matter expert in due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions.
Overall Responsibilities
Serve as backup on various treasury functions
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
CPA or MBA Finance required
10 to 15 years minimum of relevant treasury & financial analysis experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
