Job Description:

This role will be on the Check Disbursement solutions team, which is part of the Global Payments organization. Check Disbursement solutions are comprised of Check payments, Fraud Prevention services, Account Reconciliation, Image Access, Controlled Disbursements and ancillary services, serving financial institutions, large corporate, commercial and business banking clients. This role will predominately focus on managing the Image Access product, which includes four different image delivery mechanisms: CashPro Online, Image Transmission, ImageDrop and API. The end-to-end product management role will encompass P&L, risk, strategy and initiative management. The individual will serve as a liaison to the business partner community, consisting of Products, Operations, Channel, Technology, Sales and Service. In addition, various research, reporting and analysis will need to be performed in support of all Check Disbursement solutions. A successful candidate in this role must be:

  • Five or more years of documented Product Management experience, with a financial institution; preferred candidates will have experience specifically in Check Disbursements/Payments

  • Three or more years of experience of Product Development experience

  • Three or more years of experience managing P&L and Risk

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools; i.e. Excel, PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferred candidates will have a degree in Business (i.e. Finance)

  • Preferred candidates will have Treasury Management experience

  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and voracious learner (role will require learning the Business/reporting tools/new technologies)

  • Experience adapting to ambiguity and conflicting priorities

  • Excellent organizational skills/detail-oriented

  • Ability to partner well with others; sound collaborative and relationship-building skills

VIEW JOBS 5/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-08-15T00:00 Job Description: The Liquidity Product Team in GTS is responsible for over $380B in wholesale deposits globally. The team covers deposit strategy, deposit pricing, deposit appetite, product development and product management - including sweeps, zero balance accounts, physical cash concentration and multi-currency notional pooling. Our team also supports large/complex liquidity deals, drives liquidity thought leadership, analyses the impact of monetary policy on wholesale banking and leads the GTS' response to regulatory changes. In addition, we own GTS' response to Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR/Stress Testing), Internal Liquidity Stress Testing and Recovery and Resolution Planning (the Living Will). We have an opportunity in our Pricing, Analytics, and Policy Insights team, which analyzes GTS deposits to understand how the portfolio is performing and articulate to senior leaders, to identify to develop our balance and rate strategy in line with GTS' and the Bank's broader strategy. The team also leads GTS' response to CCAR ("Stress Testing") and GRRP ("Living Will") and provides thought leadership on deposit strategy, monetary policy, fiscal policy and financial regulation. The individual will be responsible for leading the analysis of all aspects of the GTS deposit portfolio, developing pricing strategies and related execution plans, and creating tools, leveraging our data environment to support Sales and Management. They will also take a lead role in our regulatory work on the Liquidity Coverage Ratio, CCAR and GRRP, as well as partnering with Finance on Planning, Forecasting and FTP. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of GTS products and strategy, will be able to directly relate Fed policy to Bank of America. They will understand the effect of regulations and the macroeconomic policy changes on our deposit portfolio, and will have the opportunity to impact the business through enhancing our data/analytic environment. They will gain exposure to Sales, clients, other products partners within GTS, and control partners in corporate treasury, risk and finance.
