Job Description:

This position is part of the Global Payments Business Management team. This team provides support for Global Payments product managers across a variety of functions including: Risk, Strategy, Analytics, Financials, and cross-product or cross-regional initiatives. The primary function of this role is to support Sales tools/content, strategic planning and initiatives:

Responsibilities include:

  • Support development and maintenance of marketing collateral to assist Sales in navigating global product capabilities (e.g.create new and maintain existing content)

  • Perform research to understand Industry & Competitor Intelligence and resulting impact on the business (e.g., market trends and outlooks, competitor bench-marking, etc.)

  • Provide analytics support for payments products (using Excel, Tableau, GTS-BI, PARS) for use in strategies and business cases.

  • Source data and information to analyze opportunities, derive insights and identify strengths/gaps whether by region, by product or by client type

  • Work with Product Managers and partners to develop case studies for Sales use

  • Material preparation/creation for critical meetings (strategy sessions, business reviews, town halls, board decks, etc.). Excellent PowerPoint skills required.

Manage various business support/business optimization activities

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Two or more years of relevant experience required

  • Proven ability to document complex ideas in an easy to consume format for sales collateral and executive briefings

  • Polished presentations that deliver complex analysis. Excellent PowerPoint skills required.

  • Able to query, manage, analyze and draw conclusions from large amounts of data, using Excel.

  • Organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.Must be able to recognize the appropriate level of detail required to make informed decisions while applying strategic thinking skills and maintaining a focus on overarching objectives.

  • Ability to self-learn quickly and independently

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.

  • Advanced analytical competency and creative aptitude

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), demonstrating an ability to present analysis to and participate in discussions with senior management

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (specifically Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor's degree required

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Treasury Management experience, specifically in Payments

  • Preferred candidates will have proficiency in GTS-BI, and documented experience in Tableau and dashboard creation

VIEW JOBS 5/8/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-08-06T00:00 Job Description: Card Product Risk Management & Monitoring team is accountable for the risk and compliance aspects of the Commercial Card and Prepaid businesses. The team provides advice and counsel to the entire Card Product team globally on matters of risk management, bank policy and compliance. This role is responsible for areas related to portfolio health including data quality, fraud, criticized asset monitoring, and strategic transaction review. * Develop and deliver procedures to support processes required for risk management and/or compliance * Own fraud mitigation and management for the product including responsibility of client level escalations, education sessions, Webinars and conference presentations * Oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) issues including, but not limited to: KYC, break remediation, KYC closures, and other client related compliance * Supports and validates that controls are in place and functioning as designed with respect to the laws, rules, and regulations related to the business * Leads the preparation, execution and remediation efforts (if necessary) of internal and external audits; manages inventory of all SIAI, AIAI, and CIAIs * Proactively review the product portfolio for at risk clients; work with the appropriate Product Manager to develop a strategy around mitigating the risk * Actively participate in the collections and recovery functions supporting the business through all phases of delinquency as well as recovery post-charge off * Liaise with internal (Treasury Special Actions, client coverage, product, operations, other risk) and external (OCC, FRB, PWC, McKinsey, etc) groups to ensure creditworthiness and compliance QUALIFICATIONS * 5-7 years in banking industry * A BS, BBA or equivalent is required * Understanding of bank's Risk Framework and can apply principles to business operations * Knowledge of bank's Global Policy Source (GPS) * Documented experience with product launch processes and proven ability to drive the process with business partners * Must be able to deliver key messages to all levels internally * Strong analytical skills * Organized and detail oriented * Self motivated * Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, PowerPoint, Word, Excel * Knowledge and documented experience with Tableau Software a plus * Must have ability to work in fast paced, cross-functional environment * Experience and/or working knowledge of card and payables management platforms and technologies is a plus * Experience in a risk, compliance or fraud role * Working knowledge of commercial and corporate banking services * Card Processing (Total Systems, Inc) platform and network understanding is a plus Posting Date: 05/07/2019 Location: Chicago, IL, 135 S LA SALLE ST (IL4135), New York, NY, BANK OF AMERICA TOWER, ONE BRYANT PARK, Charlotte, NC, ONE BANK OF AMERICA CENTER, 150 N COLLEGE ST, - United States Travel: Yes, 5% of the time Full / Part-time: Full time Hours Per Week: 40 Shift: 1st shift Bank Of America Corporation Charlotte NC
