Job Description:

This position is part of the Global Payments Business Management team. This team provides support for Global Payments product managers across a variety of functions including: Risk, Strategy, Analytics, Financials, and cross-product or cross-regional initiatives. The primary function of this role is to support Sales tools/content, strategic planning and initiatives:

Responsibilities include:

  • Support development and maintenance of marketing collateral to assist Sales in navigating global product capabilities (e.g.create new and maintain existing content)

  • Perform research to understand Industry & Competitor Intelligence and resulting impact on the business (e.g., market trends and outlooks, competitor bench-marking, etc.)

  • Provide analytics support for payments products (using Excel, Tableau, GTS-BI, PARS) for use in strategies and business cases.

  • Source data and information to analyze opportunities, derive insights and identify strengths/gaps whether by region, by product or by client type

  • Work with Product Managers and partners to develop case studies for Sales use

  • Material preparation/creation for critical meetings (strategy sessions, business reviews, town halls, board decks, etc.). Excellent PowerPoint skills required.

Manage various business support/business optimization activities


  • Two or more years of relevant experience required

  • Proven ability to document complex ideas in an easy to consume format for sales collateral and executive briefings

  • Polished presentations that deliver complex analysis. Excellent PowerPoint skills required.

  • Able to query, manage, analyze and draw conclusions from large amounts of data, using Excel.

  • Organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.Must be able to recognize the appropriate level of detail required to make informed decisions while applying strategic thinking skills and maintaining a focus on overarching objectives.

  • Ability to self-learn quickly and independently

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.

  • Advanced analytical competency and creative aptitude

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), demonstrating an ability to present analysis to and participate in discussions with senior management

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools - (specifically Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor's degree required


  • Treasury Management experience, specifically in Payments

  • Preferred candidates will have proficiency in GTS-BI, and documented experience in Tableau and dashboard creation

The Business Risk and Control team is responsible for the following: * Partnering with the relevant business group to identify, assess, manage and mitigate current and emerging risk exposures associated with their activities and operations. Monitors, measures, evaluates, and reports on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group and enterprise function. * In partnership with business groups, manages and monitors business-specific programs and processes and controls to identify, assess, and mitigate risk. * Manages staff on the strategy and execution of activities associated with the risk and control for a business group or functional area with low to moderate risk. * Supports the business in the design of business-specific risk controls/processes and development of remediation plans to address any control weaknesses or gaps. * Supports the development of self-assurance activities. * Consults with Front Line management to ensure businesses adhere to Self-Assurance Activities Policy requirements. * Leads implementation of multiple complex initiatives with low to moderate risk. * Ensures coordination with team, line of business, other business units, Audit, and regulators regarding risk management of business-specific risk programs. * Manages a team of Sr Associates, Associates and/or Analysts in accomplishing goals. The candidate will be responsible for a team of 8-12 team members performing quality reviews on files that are being On boarded or up for Periodic Review. Working with CDD policy, beneficial ownership, Onboarding, Periodic Review and Quality. Performing 1:1's with team members, managing production and quality of the team members, and working with the business groups peers we support will be required.
