High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of job-specific experience or minimum of four (4) years of related work experience and/or specialized training required.
Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
Prior experience working with NACHA Operating Rules required.
AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) Certification preferred.
Job Purpose and Scope:
Prepares, coordinates, and conducts quality reviews and needs assessments to ensure quality standards and service requirements are met. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, researching and reporting issues realized during the quality check process and ensuring processes are consistent with Bank policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Prepares and conducts regularly scheduled quality reviews to ensure service and quality control standards are met.
Analyzes quality issues and improvement opportunities and makes initial recommendations for department manager and/or assistant manager review.
Ensures operational integrity of all related processes.
Maintains current knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures.
Maintains current knowledge of ACH rules and applicable regulations.
Participates in projects, as assigned.
Recommends improvements to department policies and procedures.
Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
Performs other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of Treasury Operations.
Knowledge of general banking principles and/or financial services.
Comprehensive knowledge of internal processing systems, internal controls, and regulations.
