ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily, accurately set up products and services for customers from completed service agreements.

  • Daily review completed services agreements for completeness and accuracy.

  • Daily, assist customers via phone and email who have difficulty with products.

  • Daily, demonstrate sufficient knowledge of department's products and services in order to handle complex customer inquiries.

  • Daily maintain department's customer files.

  • Daily post entries to accounts, make adjustments, and ensure balancing as required.

  • Daily, maintain a written up-to-date set of procedures for all products and services that are positions primary responsibility.

  • Daily respond to inquiries from customers and bank personnel and resolve simple to moderately complex problems.

  • Daily, conduct moderately complex department research.

  • Daily, assist in processing outgoing and incoming wires.

  • As needed, demonstrate basic understanding of ACH and Wire systems and their related balancing procedures.

  • Monthly process billing function for treasury management customers (analysis and hard charges).

  • Daily perform all other related duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Daily enter information into pre-established computer software files and print related reports/documents and/or send to customer in an electronic format.

  • Daily follow established documented procedures when processing work.

VIEW JOBS 10/9/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-07T00:00 SUMMARY - Provide quality, accurate and timely service involving daily processing of fraudulent financial claims in an operations environment, which include the duties and responsibilities described herein. Position requires that the individual handle complex issues and possess current knowledge of financial operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Daily review of incoming and outgoing fraud claims involving counterfeit checks, altered checks, forged endorsements etc. * Daily respond to incoming and outgoing fraud claims and ensure that all case and operational deadlines are met. * Daily monitor and log fraudulent claims. * Daily perform a variety of routine clerical, administrative, reconciliation, data entry functions necessary for the processing relative to the mission of the department. * Daily post entries to accounts, make adjustments, and ensure balancing as required. * Monthly prepare volume, transaction and/or routine reports. * Daily review and verify documents for processing. * Daily respond to inquiries to resolve complex and sensitive problems. * Daily perform basic arithmetic calculations to determine charges, balances, interest, etc. * Daily prepare department account files (hard copy as well as computer system files) and update related records. * Daily conduct complex account research. * Daily review items and documents for discrepancies. * Daily generate standard department forms and bank correspondence such as requests for additional information, notices, etc. * Daily data enter information into pre-established computer software files and print related reports/documents. * Daily work with various partners (IRS, Federal Reserve, law enforcement) to resolve complex, high dollar issues. Large customer relationships may be involved and mishandling could cause a large financial loss to the bank. * Daily perform all other related duties and special projects as assigned.
