GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for processing commercial client applications for all Treasury management products and services. Provide client service support by phone and electronic communications.

Proactively work with other TMIS team members to ensure client's request and processing requirements are met within established guidelines and SLA's. Provide TM product implementation, support and training for business clients and branches.

DIRECT REPORTS

The incumbent has no direct reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Review and process all client treasury management product implementation and service requests, including input or callback as required.

  • Provide client training on various TM services i.e. D1 Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Cash Vault, ACH, Positive Pay, Payee Positive Pay & Lock box etc.

  • Perform functions related to the implementation of treasury management products and clients service activities within the guidelines and established SLA's.

  • Provide 1st level support and expertise for client issues and requests.

  • Interfaces with Branch staff (i.e. Branch Managers, relationship managers, relationship bankers),

  • Lenders, Loan and Deposit Operations, accounting, TMS Officers, etc. to manage the servicing of Treasury Management services.

  • Respond to internal/external client inquiries and problems received via phone, email, and Online Banking email communications for TM products and related issues.

  • Escalate product and support projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years commercial treasury management implementation and support experience preferred or minimum 3 years' prior bank experience in an associated banking position providing customer service and support required. Demonstrated technical expertise navigating a desktop/laptop computer, windows-based applications, and use of IP phone system.

  • Skills/Ability: Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment.

    Detail oriented, good follow up, strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to function in a team environment. English proficiency, bilingual Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus. Ability to effectively work with all staff levels. PC proficient including Excel and Word.

OTHER DETAILS

$28.85 - $36.06 / hour

Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
