WHAT WE'LL NEED

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Treasury Manager to oversee our company's financial activities and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's cash flow, investments, and financial risk to ensure the financial health and stability of the company. This role involves working closely with senior management to develop financial strategies, optimize banking relationships, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Develop and implement strategies for cash management, forecasting, and budgeting to maximize liquidity and minimize financial costs.

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash concentration, wires, and account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash.

• Manage banking relationships, negotiate bank fees, and evaluate the services provided by banks and other financial institutions.

• Implement and maintain policies and procedures for financial risk management, including foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, and counterparty risk.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounting, legal, tax) to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in the company's financial statements.

• Lead the company's efforts in external financing, including debt issuance, lines of credit, and other financing instruments.

• Monitor and manage the company's investment portfolio, ensuring compliance with investment policies and achieving optimal returns consistent with the company's risk profile.

• Prepare and present reports to senior management on treasury activities, financial risks, and strategies to mitigate risks.

• Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to treasury and financial risk management..

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CPA, CFA) is preferred.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing corporate treasury functions.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and banking relationships.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in treasury management systems and financial software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and external partners.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
