Role Overview: Terrible's is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our banking team.
This role will be responsible for managing the company's cash balances on a daily basis across various accounts. The Treasury Manager will also oversee the utilization of cash management reporting via the use of Trovata.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash balances across multiple accounts to ensure optimal liquidity and efficient use of funds.
Trovata Tool Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of the Trovata tool, ensuring accurate data entry and utilization for banking transactions.
Intercompany Balances: Track and manage funds to pay down intercompany balances in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain cash forecasting models to predict future cash flows and identify potential funding needs.
Bank Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with banking partners to optimize services and fees.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to cash management and treasury operations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the treasury function, and implement appropriate solutions. Reporting: Generate regular reports on cash positions, liquidity, and other key treasury metrics for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proficiency with treasury management systems (e.g., Trovata) and banking platforms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with intercompany transactions and cash pooling structures is a plus.
